HOW TO BE A HAPPIER PARENT
I thought this book started off strong, I enjoyed her writing style and was getting some interesting tips on being happier during specific parenting problems. As the book went on, I found it to be more of simply a parenting advice book, short on happiness and long on what the author thinks everyone should do. A lot of the advice ended up being a little wishy-washy too - do this, but you don’t have to if you don’t want to. I was hoping for more practical tips for happiness, like Gretchen Rubin’s book. I would have also liked it to be a little easier to read, it wasn’t as personable as I like my self-help books to be. The cover sure was pretty though! And I did get a few tips that I will try out for sure.
